Au coeur de KOKO started in 2021 out of curiosity to ‘what next’. After working in various fields, I just wanted to work with my hands and create new stories. Combining traveling with my forever interest in culture, ancient textiles and history, has led me to small alleyways and corners, always looking for crafts and materials to work with. By showing the work and connecting to craftmanship, people can be motivated to make more conscious choices regarding fashion.
Over the years I widely collected fabric and trims of old times. With a special focus on antiques and vintage materials from France and Italy, I hope to sew new items to be passed on to the generations coming next.
