- Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95 with PostNL and to countries outside NL starting from €8.70

- When you purchase for €250 or more in the webshop, there is free shipping within the Netherlands
- Products that are made to order naturally have a longer delivery time. An estimation is made at the beginning of the order based on the waiting list at that time. In between, you will receive updates about the status of your order if necessary. The average delivery time is currently 3 weeks.
- Everything ordered from Monday to Friday will be shipped within 5 working days with PostNL. You will receive a track and trace code via email or direct message after shipment.
- Your order can also be picked up in consultation at the studio in Valkenswaard or any other place upon request. Please contact us and we will make an appointment.
- For the most sustainable purchase possible, it is important that you make a well-considered choice and carefully read the description of the item. In the descriptions of the items you will find clear dimensions and the materials are always stated. If anything is unclear here, please do not hesitate to let us know via email or Instagram.
- Is your article unexpectedly not quite what you expected? That is of course a great shame! You can therefore choose to return your order at KOKO within 14 days of receipt.
- The item must have no traces of wear (odors or stains) and must be undamaged, otherwise your return may be refused. The item may be tried on.
- Please note, returns are only possible for items from the webshop. Custom made products cannot be exchanged or returned.
What to do next?
- Send an email to info@studiokoko.nl stating your reason for return. If there is a defect in the item, it is advisable to attach photos. Do this within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Your order cannot be returned after this period of 14 days.
- After receiving your email, we will review the application. After approval of your request, you will receive the return address.
- A refund or compensation will follow, including shipping costs for your first order. We will pay the shipping costs of your order, the return costs of your order will be at your expense.
- Make sure you always receive a track and trace code from your shipping service. KOKO is not responsible for lost packages.
