I present to you, the first MINI Ellie! Out of lack of fabric, I was forced to make a smaller Ellie than usual and that turned out amazing, so I made a second one straight away. Still, it is a very spacious shoulder bag, wears comfortably and fits many things, up to a big water bottle.
This piece of fabric was once an antique table runner, made from the most gorgeous cotton velvet jacquard, and was sourced during travels in Italy. I work with what’s available, so there is no adjustable strap but still measures 78 cm, so enough length to wear it crossbody.
The inside is made of a linnen viscose. The outside closes with a metal zipper.

If you wish to wash your bag, this is of course possible but please do so by hand to prevent any damage.
